喷射混凝土试验方法述评

喷射混凝土是土木工程常用的加固增强措施之一.试验测试方法是评价喷射混凝土工作性能和质量控制的手段,本文对比研究国内外的试验方法和测试指标,评述开展测试方法标准研究的重要性.本文认为,单纯的强度指标测试不能准确描述喷射混凝土及其结构的工作行为,还应当考察其变形性能,国外相关机构最近发布的测试方法也表明,材料变形性能指标的测试已经成为重要指标.本文在简要评述后重点讨论了板式弯折试验,以推动试验测试标准和技术的发展.

Shotcrete is a common reinforcing measure in civil engineering. Testing methods of shotcrete are very important for its performance appraisement and quality control. Different testing methods and testing indexes are compared and analyzed in detail in this paper, the urgency of research on standard testing method of shotcrete is also pointed out. The performance of shotcrete is difficult to be appraised merely through strength testing, therefore, its deforming performance should also be taken into account, which is also confirmed by the newly testing methods of shotcrete issued by foreign concerned organizations. After brief introduction, the panel bending test is discussed particularly to promote the development of testing standards and technologies.
