不育男性血清与精浆生殖激素间的变化关系

The relationship to genital hormones in serum and seminal plasma of infertile men

本文测定不育男性血清与精浆５种生殖激素。结果显示生殖激素在血清与精浆中含量变化不一致，精浆ＩＣＳＨ、ＰＲＬ分别与精子活力、密度呈正相关，血清ＩＣＳＨ、ＦＳＨ分别与精子活力、密度及血清Ｔ呈负相关。

In order to seek the relationship between the hormones and infertilization,we determined five genital hormones with radioimmunoassay(RIA) both in serum and seminal plasma of infertile men,the characteristics and changes of these hormones were analysed in circulation and testicle,too.The results showed that changes of ICSH,PRL in semian plasma were positive correlation with sperm motility and density,and negative correlation were found between ICSH,FSH in serum and sperm motility,density respectively.
