Considering the Formation of Citizen's Education from the Social Theory of Modern Citizens

公民教育是建立健全公民社会的奠基工程,对公民社会理想形态、内在关系、运转方式的构想规定着公民教育的框架和构成。公民教育必须从其社会定位、存在使命、核心内容三方面着眼,科学确定自己的奋斗目标、发展方向和实现手段。

Citizen education is the foundation project for the establishment of a healthy citizen society, and it determines the framework and formation of the ideal state, internal relationship and operating way of the citizen society. The citizen education must decide its objective of struggle, direction of development and ways of realization based on its social position, mission of existence and core content.
