Those factors include the core supporting system of school curriculum reform and development made up of the school＇ s teacher development system and classroom teaching reform system, the internal guarantee system of school curriculum reform and development composed of school strategic development system, school cultural system and school management system, the external guarantee system formed by the teacher education reform system, educational policies, laws and system guarantee, educational fund investment system, community culture and environment supporting system as well as the re - distribution of responsibility, right and interest among the main participants of curriculum reform. To ensure the healthy operation of the school curriculum reform and development, priority should be given to the construction and optimization of the guarantee and supporting system of curriculum reform and development.
