加入WTO后过渡期中国服务贸易的发展

The development of service trade in China during the transition period after acceding to the WTO

中国服务贸易发展迅速,收支均出现了大幅度增长,不过按照比较优势指数衡量,服务贸易国际竞争力出现了轻微下滑,各服务行业的国际竞争力发展不平衡。众多行业的竞争力得到了提升,但是也有一些行业的竞争力出现了较大幅度的下降。按照今后三年中国加入WTO承诺的放开步骤,我们必须强化服务业与其他行业的连接、对内放开垄断市场和积极发展资本市场。

The service trade of our country has developed rapidly and the growth of a large margin has appeared in revenue and expenditure. However, according to weighing of the comparative advantage index, the international competitiveness of service trade has glided slightly , and the international competitiveness of respective service industry is developed unevenly. Competitiveness of numerous industry has been improved, but competitiveness of some industry has appeared glide of large margin. According to the unlocking step that our country promised in accession to the WTO the following three years, we must strengthen connection of the service industry and other industries, open the monopoly market inwardly and develop the capital market actively.
