摘要
目的探讨计算法测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)的临床应用价值。方法采用99mTc-DTPA清除率准确测定106例不同疾病住院患者GFR(Tc-GFR),并测血清肌酐及尿素氮,同时以WCP公式、Robert公式计算GFR(WCP-GFR、Robert-GFR),以Cockcroft/Gault公式计算内生肌酐清除率(CG-CCr),所得数据进行对比研究及相关分析。结果WCP-GFR、Robert-GFR、CG-CCr均能在一定程度上准确反映GFR,而以WCP-GFR更准确,可代替Tc-GFR应用于临床。结论WCP-GFR是一种准确、简便、快速、安全而廉价测定GFR的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To probe the clinical value of determining glomemlar filtration rate(GFR) by the calculation method. Methods GFRs from 106 cases in hospital suffering from the different diseases were determined accurately by using Clearance rate of ^99mTc-DTPA(Tc - GFR), and the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were determined and GFRs were calculated simultaneously by WCP formula and Robert formula(WCP-GFR, Robert-GFR) and clearance rate of creatinine was calculated by Cockcroft/Gault formula (CG-CCr). Comparative study and relative analysis were done for all the data, Results WCP - GFR and Robert-GFR and CG-CCr could all give expression to GFR accurately to some extent, and WCP-GFR was more accurate than others and could take the place of Tc-GFR clinically. Conclusion WCP- GFR was an accurate, simple, fast, safe and cheap method for determining GFR and should be applied widely.
