摘要
目的探讨四氧化二氮(N2O4)中毒小鼠肺组织损伤特点,转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和热休克蛋白70(HSP-70)在肺组织的表达及意义。方法采用ICR小鼠N2O4吸入性染毒,于3 d后活杀,观察肺组织病理变化及用免疫组织化学方法检测TGF-β1和HSP-70的表达。染毒小鼠HE染色结果提示,肺组织有不同程度纤维化,TGF-β1和HSP-70表达明显增强。结论N2O4中毒小鼠肺组织可出现纤维化,TGF-β1和HSP-70在肺纤维化的发生发展过程中可能扮演着重要角色。
Objective To investigate histopathological characteristics and expressions of TGF - β1, HSP - 70 in lung tissue of mice intoxicated by nitrogen tetroxide. Methods ICR mice were intoxicated with nitrogen tetroxide by aspiration. The mice were killed 3 days after intoxication, and the lung tissues were removed for examining the pathological changes and TGF - β1, HSP - 70 expressions by immunohistoehemistry, In lung tissue of mice intoxicated by nitrogen tetroxide, fibrosis of different degree could be observed. The immunohistochemical staining showed that expressions of TGF - β1, HSP - 70 increased obviously in the experimental group of mice. Conclusions The lung tissue of mice intoxicated by nitrogen tetroxide shows fibrosis. TGF - β1 and HSP - 70 may play important role in the course of lung fibrosis.
