摘要
管道在输气过程中,因管道内部受到冲刷和腐蚀等会造成壁厚减薄;管道外壁则会因绝缘层的缺陷、阴极保护不能达到要求等因素造成化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀;还有随着生产年限的增长,天然气管道还有可能遭到第三方破坏;加之由于城镇化建设速度的加快,部分管道所处的地区类别升级,管道运行风险增加。因此,全面了解和掌握管道现状,将管道风险降到最低是至关重要的。天然气管道智能检测技术是我国最近引进的高新技术,它是掌握管道缺陷情况的重要手段,其结果是对管道进行大修改造、消除管道安全隐患、完整性评价的重要依据。文章主要介绍了目前天然气管道的智能检测技术以及在中国石油西南油气田分公司重庆气矿的应用情况,并分析了应用过程中存在的问题,提出了今后的改进措施。
In the process of gas transmission by pipelines i the thickness of the pipe wall will be thinned because of flushing and corrosion inside the pipeline, and chemical corrosion/electrical-chemical corrosion may happen for the outer wall of the pipeline because of the defects of the isolated coating and the failure of cathode protection. Also, as the time goes on, the gas pipeline may be destructed by the third party. And the regions where some sections of the pipeline pass through are upgraded and the pipeline running risk increases as the citification is accelerated. It is very important to understand the current running state of the pipeline and minimum the pipeline risk. Intelligent detecting technology of gas pipelines is a new advanced technology imported into China recently. It is the major tool to detect defects of pipelines. It provides the important ground for pipelines to conduct overall rehabilitation, eliminate potential safety accidents and evaluate integration. The intelligent detecting technology of gas pipelines and its application in Chongqing Gas Mine of PCL Southwest Oil and Gas Branch is introduced in the article. The problems existing in the application process are analyzed, and the improving measures in the future are proposed.
