摘要
随着计算机系统在石油天然气流量测量行业的广泛应用,天然气流量测量已经进入了新的计算机自动化测量时代。为此,在分析了天然气流量孔板节流式测量中,同精度、同量程的仪表在不同工作状况下对流量测量不确定度影响大小不同之后,提出了同一套流量测量装置采用同精度、不同量程的仪表录取状态参数,由计算机系统中的计算机或远程终端单元(RTU)或可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)采集数据并自动选择最佳测量值参与流量计算的方法及其实现的程序逻辑图。
As computers are widely used in the field of gas flow measurement, the gas flow measurement has entered the new era of automatic measurement by computers. Since influence of the metering devices with the same precision and span on the uncertainty of flow measurement is different under different working environment in the orifice measurement of gas flow, a new method is proposed to record the performance parameters by a set of flow measuring devices with the same precision and different span, acquire the data by computers or RTU or PLC, and conduct the flow calculation by the optical measuring values selected automatically. Also, the programmable logic chart to realize the method is made.
