曲美他嗪对酒精致家兔心肌损伤的干预研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨酒精性心肌病可能的发病机制及其药物防治。方法将30只家兔随机分为三组,A组给予正常饮食,B组加喂酒精,C组加喂曲美他嗪和酒精。观察比较三组血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(M DA)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cT nT)水平。结果与A组比较,B组SOD水平明显下降(P<0.05),M DA和cT nT水平明显升高(P<0.01);C组仅M DA水平明显升高(P<0.05)。B、C组间上述各指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论持续反复饮酒可使氧自由基代谢失衡,导致心肌损伤。曲美他嗪可清除氧自由基,保护心肌。 Objective: To study the mechanism of alcoholic cardiomyopathy and how to prevent and treat it. Methods: 30 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A fed with normal diet, group B fed with alcohol, group C fed with trimetazidine and alcohol. After 30 days, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) in blood plasma of all groups were measured. Results: Compared with group A, the level of SOD was significantly lower, and the level of MDA and cTnT were significantly higher in group B (P〈0.05,〈0.01); While only the level of MDA was significantly higher in group C (P〈0.05). Above indexes were all different between group B and group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Continuous alcohol diet with a large amount can break the balance of oxide free radicals, which leads to myocardial injury, but trimetazidine can clear the oxide free radical and play an active role of myocardial protection.
