摘要
师资的合理配置主要在于师资的管理结构是否科学,笔者认为,实行“矩阵制式”教师组织结构是解决师资短缺问题,进而实现师资管理优化、提高教育质量和效益的根本途径。
Whether there is a reasonable allocation of teaching resources depends on whether or not the allocation is scientific. The author holds that the establishment of “rectangle allocation” in tutor organization is the key means by which to settle the problems of shortage of teachers, henceforth to optimize the management of teachers and to enhance education quality and efficiency.
