摘要 目的:研究直立百部Stemona sessilifolia(Miq.) Miq.根中的化学成分.方法:运用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从直立百部中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为Protostemotinine (1)、Stemospironine (2)、Stilbostemin B (3)、Stilbostemin D (4)、4'-Methylpinosylvin(5)、芝麻素(6)、28-羟基-正二十八烷酸-3'-甘油单酯(7)、26-羟基-正二十六烷酸-3'-甘油单酯(8)及β-谷甾醇(9).结论:化合物2~8为首次从该植物中分离得到. AIM:To study the chemical constituents of roots of Stemona sessilifolia (Miq.)Miq.. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by the column chromatography. Their structures were identified according to their physical and chemical properties as well as spectral data. RESULTS : Nine compounds were isolated from roots of Stemona sessilifolia, and their structures were elucidated as protostemotinine ( 1 ), stemospironine (2), stilbostemin B (3, 5-dihydroxy-4-methylbi-benzyl ) ( 3 ), stilbostemin D ( 3, 5-dihydroxy-2'-methoxy-4-methyl-bibenzyl ) ( 4 ), 4'- methylpinosylvin(4-methyl-3,5-dihydroxystilbene) (5), sesamin(6), 28-hydroxy-octacosanic acid-3'-glycerinmonoester (7), 26- hydroxy- hexacosanic acid-3'-glycerin-monoester(8) and 13-sitosterol (9). CONCLUSION : Compounds 2 - 8 were isolated from Stemona sessilifolia (Miq.)Miq. for the first time.
