碱性成纤维细胞生长因子生物活性的ELISA检测

Bioassay of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor by ELISA

目的:寻找一种简便、经济、灵敏度高而不需使用放射性同位素或MTT的生物活性检测方法,对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)进行活性检测。方法:运用多克隆抗体ELISA、单克隆抗体ELISA和MTT法分别对bFGF进行生物活性检测,并对结果和重现性进行比较。结果:ELISA测得结果与MTT法相比无显著差异,且其精密度明显优于MTT法。结论:用ELISA检测bFGF生物活性,简便准确,值得推广应用。

AIM： To establish a convenient, low-cost and highly sensitive activity bioassay method of bioassay method of bFGF without employing radioisotope or MTF. METHODS： Using ELISA and MTF assay to detect the activity of bFGF respectively. RESULTS ： There was no significant difference in the validation between ELISA and MTF assay. But ELISA was markedly sensitive than MTF assay. CONCLUSION： ELISA is an easy, sensitive and reliable method for the activity bioassav of bFGF.
