摘要
以轧钢皮粉为原料,利用甲基异丁基甲酮对铁的高萃取性采用萃取法制取高纯氧化铁红,探讨了萃取工艺对氧化铁收率的影响。结果表明Fe2O3的纯度不低于99.89%;在350℃下煅烧,100nm以下的粒子所占比例最大(66.8%)。
Influences of process parameters on the preparation of uano ferric oxide powder with high purity were studied. The nano ferric oxide powder was prepared by using methyl isobutyl ketone as extractant. The resuhs showed that the purity of ferric oxide was not less than 99. 89% and the content of less than 100nm was the biggest, 66.8% when the sintering temperature was controlled at 350℃.
