酸活化膨润土和高岭土在脱丁基反应中的催化活性

摘要 分析了不同类型和浓度酸活化膨润土和高岭土的表面酸性、比表面积和溶出Al量的变化,研究了活化膨润土和高岭土在2-仲丁基苯酚脱丁基催化反应中的脱丁基转化率和选择性,结果表明,用0.1mol/L的硫酸和磷酸活化的这两种粘土具有良好的催化性能。 The changes of the acidity, BET area and the quantity of dissolved aluminium of the bentonite and kaolin activated by using different types acids with different concentrations were analyzed. The conversion of 2-sec-butylphenol and the debutylation selectivity were tested in the debutylatie reaction by using activated bentonite and kaolin as catalyst. The resuhs showed that both clays activated by 0. 1 mol/L H2SO4 and H3PO4 had good catalytic activity.
