摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/玻纤(GF)复合材料,并对HDPE/GF复合材料的力学性能和非等温结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,MAHgPOE可以提高复合材料的冲击强度,复合材料中玻纤与HDPE的界面粘结状况良好;复合材料的Avrami指数(n)不随冷却速率改变而改变。
HDPE/GF composites were prepared by using twin-screw extruder and the mechanical properties and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of the composite were studied. The results indicated the use of MAH-g-POE could improve the impact strength of the composite. The adhesive bonding of the fiber with HDPE surface in the composite was well, and the Avrami exponent did not change with cooling rate.
