摘要
选用具有天然标记的产核黄素的苏云金杆菌(以下简称Bt)CH菌株作为供试菌株,在土壤模拟条件下与钾细菌、磷细菌及土壤中固有芽孢杆菌之间消长动态的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明,Bt与土壤中固有的芽孢杆菌之间不存在拮抗关系。在自然土壤中,供试Bt与钾细菌或磷细菌混合添加处理与不添加处理土样中菌数的消长变化趋势几乎完全相同,由此可以说明,它们之间也不存在拮抗关系。在没有其他生物因子影响的灭菌土壤中,供试Bt与钾细菌、磷细菌之间表现出一定程度上的生存竞争关系。
The dynamics of Bacillus thuringiensis strain CH producing VB2 as a natural characteristic of mark and B. mucilaginocus, B. megaterium and other indigenous Bacillus species under the simulated conditions in soil were studied. The results showed that B. thuringiensis and B. mucilaginocus, B. megaterium and other indigenous Bacillus species had similar tendency of dynamics in natural soil when Bt formulation, B. mucilaginocus and B. megaterium were added alone or together to the soil, indicated that no antagonistic interaction existed between Bt and the other Bacillus species. In sterilized soil, numbers of B. mucilaginocus and B. megaterium in the presence of Bt was slightly less than those without Bt, while, the number of Bt in soil with the formulation of B. mucilaginocus, B. megaterium was slightly less than that in soil without the formulation of B. mucilaginocus and B. megaterium, which indicated that in the sterilized soil that was not affected by other biological factors, the survival competition between the tested strain of B. thuringiensis and B. mucilaginocus, B. megaterium existed to some extent.
