摘要
采用流动注射技术,建立了KMnO4-Na2SO3-延胡索乙素化学发光体系测定罗通定片中延胡索乙素的含量。线性范围为2.0×10-8~8.0×10-6g/ml,检测限为6×10-9g/ml。
Based on the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4-Na2SO3-tetrahydropalmatine, a new flow-injection chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in rotundine tablets. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2.0 × 10^-8-8.0 × 10^-6g/ml, and the detection limit was 6 × 10^-9g/ml.
