大鼠异位心脏移植模型的术式探讨 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨大鼠异位心脏移植模型的手术操作方法,并对大鼠颈部和腹部异位心脏移植的术式进行了比较。方法施行颈部异位心脏移植60次和腹部异位心脏移植90次,均采用显微外科缝合法进行动静脉吻合。结果颈部和腹部异位心脏移植供心获取时间分别为(10.0±2.2)min和(7.2±0.8)min。受体血管吻合时间分别为(28.2±5.6)min和(20.6±3.8)min。无干预同系移植组中,颈部和腹部异位心脏移植手术成功率分别为83.2%和92.6%,两种术式的手术成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种异位心脏移植术式均可作为移植免疫及药物实验研究的可靠动物模型,两种术式分别有其各自的优缺点,术式选择主要根据实验者的设计进行。 Objective To explore the surgical techniques of heterotopic heart transplantation in rats and investigate the difference between cervical heart transplantation and abdominal heart transplantation. Methods Sixty cases of heterotopic cervical heart transplantation and 90 cases of heterotopic abdominal heart transplantation were performed, and vessels anastomosis carried out by micro-surgical techniques. Results Donor heart harvesting time in cervical and abdominal groups was (10.0 ± 2.2) min and (7.2 ± 0.8) min respectively, and the vessels anastomosis time in recipients was (28.2 ± 5.6) min and (20.6 ± 3.8) min respectively. In isograft transplantation without any preconditioning, operative successful rate was 83.2 % and 92.6 % in cervical and abdominal group respectively with the difference being not significant between two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of heterotopic heart transplantation methods are stable models for research of transplant immune and drug experiments, since they have their advantages and disadvantages. The designers can choose the method according to the requirements of the research.
