玻璃体切割硅油填充治疗严重眼外伤34例分析

Clinical analysis of 34 cases by modern vitrectomy conbined with silicone oil temponade in treatment svere ocular injury

目的探讨现代玻璃体切割手术治疗严重眼外伤的疗效.方法对2000～2004年间我院收治的严重眼外伤34例应用现代玻璃体切割硅油填充手术治疗,一期清创缝合联合玻璃体手术者10例,一期清创缝合二期行玻璃体手术者24例.术后随诊3～24个月(平均10.5个月);观察术后效果.结果术后34例眼球完全保留,33眼视力较术前不同程度提高.结论应用现代玻璃体切割硅油填充术治疗严重眼外伤,不仅能保留眼球完整,视力也会有不同程度提高.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of severe ocular injury after the modern vitrectomy. Methods The clinical date, of 34 patients suffering from severe ocular injury, who were admitted to our hospital from 2000 to 2004 were performed by the modern vitrectomy combined with silicone oil temponade. Of 34 cases, 10 were sutured combined with vitrectomy on the first stage. 24 were sutured on the first stage and performed by vitrectomy on the second stage. All the 34 patients were followed up for a mean of 10.5 mcrmhs （3- 24 months） and observed the therapentic effect. Results The eyeballs of 34 patients were reserved after operation. The visual acuity of 33 patients improved in different degree compared with that before operation. Conclusions Applying the modern vitrectomy combined with silicone oil temponade to treat the ocular in jury can not only reserve the intact eyeball but also improve the visual acuity in different degree.
