摘要 目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在人脑胶质瘤中的作用、表达及其意义.方法:采用RTPCR及免疫组化染色方法检测脑胶质瘤组织和正常组织中骨桥蛋白.结果:骨桥蛋白在胶质瘤组织细胞中表达,而在正常脑组织细胞中无表达,而且OPN的表达浓度与胶质瘤恶性程度呈正相关.结论:人脑胶质瘤中OPN的表达与其恶性程度密切相关. AIM： To investigate the expression of osteopontin in human gliomas as well as its function. METHODS： Osteopontin expression in human normal brain cells and glioma cells was detected by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR method. RESULTS： Osteopontin was expressed in glioma cells but was not expressed in human normal brain cells. CONCLUSION： Osteopontin expression in glioma is closely related to the malignant degree of glioma.
