临海港口航道航行环境安全综合评价模型 被引量:19

摘要 对临海港口航道航行环境的研究目前甚少,为了正确评价临海港口航道航行环境的安全状况和程度,根据评价因素选取的原则,并结合临海港口航道航行环境的实际情况,确定了综合评价因素。同时,按照FSA的模式,运用Delphi、AHP、Fuzzy等理论建立了模糊综合评价数学模型,并运用VisualC++6.0和数据库知识,开发了计算机辅助评价系统。该模型和系统在有关临海港口航道进行了验证。结果表明,该模型是正确的、合理的,该系统具有很强的实用性,为港口监督人员、航道管理人员、船舶驾驶人员等提供了科学的决策和参考价值。 The study of environment evaluation for the navigation safety in river port channels by sea is little at present. In this paper comprehensive evaluation factors are determined according to the principles of evaluation factor selection and the practical situation of navigation environment. Then, with the help of Delphi, AHP and Fuzzy theories a mathematical model of comprehensive fuzzy assessment is constructed according to the mode of FSA (Formal Safety Assessment) . By using Visual C + + 6.0 and database technologies a computer-aided assessment system is developed. This model and system are validated in some river port channels and proved to be right and practicable, and can provide scientific decision and reference for relevant people.
