摘要
测定了SWRCH22A钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却时的膨胀曲线,获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线);分析了该钢连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变产物的组织和硬度变化,为生产实践和工艺的制定提供了依据。
Continuous cooling Transformation (CCT)curves were obtained by measuring the expanding curves of SWRCH22A steel during different cooling rates. During the continuous cooling process the changing of microstructure and hardness of austenite transformation product was analyzed. It can be used as the reference for production practice and lay down process.
