摘要 目的:研究低浓度氯化镧(LaCl3)溶液对乳牙人工釉质龋再矿化的影响,比较3 种不同浓度氯化镧的再矿化效果.方法:选取30 名5~7 岁乳牙列无龋儿童因滞留拔除的下颌乳中切牙30 颗,制备为人工龋后,随机分为3 组,每组10 颗.将所有标本沿牙体长轴从唇舌方向正中对半切开,分别作为实验组与对照组.将3 组实验组牙片分别每日3次悬吊浸泡于LaCl3溶液(La3+质量浓度分别为0.1、0.5、2.0 g/L),每次浸泡0.5 h,其余时间浸泡在人工唾液中.对照组牙片始终用人工唾液浸泡.共处理10 d.使用显微硬度测量仪测量各组釉质的显微硬度.统计采用配对t检验和方差分析.结果:3 个对照组的釉质显微硬度之间差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05).3 个实验组均较相应对照组的釉质显微硬度增加,差别有高度显著性(P<0.01).3 组釉质显微硬度增加值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:低浓度氯化镧对乳牙人工釉质龋有再矿化作用.0.1 g/L的镧溶液具有与0.5、2.0 g/L镧溶液相同的再矿化效果. Objective:To evaluate the remineralization effect of low concentration lanthanum chloride on artificial enamel caries in deciduous teeth. Methods:30 retained mandibular deciduous central incisors extracted from 30 caries-free children of 5 to 7 years old were selected, artificial caries was formed by acid-colloid method, then randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 in each. Each tooth was cut into equal two parts sagitally for test and control respectively. The teeth in three test groups were treated with LaCl3 solution at 0. 1, 0.5 and 2.0 g/L for 0.5 hours re- spectively, three times per clay for 10 d, then treated with artificial saliva at other time. The teeth in control groups were treated with artificial saliva. The remineralization of the samples was examined by measuring the enamel microhardness with a mierohardness tester. Paired t test and variance analysis were used for statistic analysis. Results: There was no differences in microhardness among three control groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The microhardness values of three test groups were higher than those of three control groups( P 〈 0.01 ). The mierohardness values of three treated groups were not significantly different( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Lanthanum chloride solution at 0.1 g/L has the same remineralization effect to 0.5 and 2.0 g/L in deciduous teeth with artificial enamel caries.
