白内障超声乳化联合外路法视网膜复位术13例分析

Phacoemusification combined with scleral buckling surgery

目的:探讨白内障超声乳化联合外路法视网膜复位术的可行性及有效性。方法:视网膜脱离伴有白内障患者13例(13只眼)采用白内障超声乳化联合外路法视网膜复位术。结果:所有手术眼均行白内障超声乳化及巩膜外环扎术,其中7只眼行巩膜外加压术,2只眼行玻璃体腔注入SF6气体,术后观察6个月以上,12只眼视网膜解剖学复位,10只眼矫正视力≥0.2,2只眼矫正视力<0.2,1只眼视网膜脱离再发。手术中无晶状体后囊膜破裂,术后无角膜水肿等并发症。结论:白内障超声乳化联合外路法视网膜复位术是可行及有效的。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effects and possibility of phacoemusification combined with scleral buckling surgery. Methods： The management of retinal in 13 eyes with cataract underwent phacoemusification and scleral buckling technique. Results- Phacoemusification and encircling was performed in all eyes. Scleral buckling procedures was done in 7 eyes. SF6 was injected in vitreous body in 2 eyes. The retina was reattached by combined surgery in 12 cases and a final corrected visual acuity of 0.2 or better was attained in 10 of these 13 cases. There was 0.2 or less attained in 2 of these 13 cases. One eye had recurrent retinal detachment. Corneal edema, posterior rupture and so on happened in no eyes. Conclusion： Phacoemusification can be combined with scleral buckling surgery.
