筋膜下麻醉在84例眼前节手术中的应用

Sub-tenon’s anesthesia in anterior segment surgery

目的:探讨筋膜下麻醉在眼前节手术中的效果和安全性,以避免因麻醉导致的手术并发症。方法:眼前节手术患者175例分成两组,球筋膜下麻醉组84例和球后麻醉组(对照组)91例。比较两组的麻醉效果及有无严重并发症。结果:筋膜下麻醉在眼前节手术中麻醉效果与球后麻醉相当,筋膜下麻醉与球后麻醉比较,无严重并发症(P<0.05)。结论:球筋膜下麻醉麻药用量少,操作简单,麻醉效果好,安全性高。

Objective ： To study the effet＇t and the safety of Sub-Tenon＇s anesthesia in anterior segment surgery. Methods： One hundred and seventy-five cases of anterior segment surgery were seperated into two groups. One was Sub-Tenon＇s anesthesia（84 cases） .The other was retrobublar anesthesia （91 cases）,to compare the effect and serious complications. Results： The effect of the Sub-Tenon＇s anesthesia group was good. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion： The less volume of anesthetic is used. It does easily and it is a safe ,effective and convenient method.
