摘要 目的:就近年来有关环境因子与帕金森病的研究进展,探讨帕金森病的环境诱发因子及其作用的机制。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1983-01/2004-12中与帕金森病的环境诱发因子相关文献,检索词“Parkinson’sdisease,environmentalfactor”,并限定文献语种为English。同时检索CNBI1995-01/2005-01期间的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“帕金森病,环境因子”。资料选择:对检索到的300余篇文献进行筛选,选择以帕金森病及相关环境因素为主要研究内容的文献26篇,其中研究内容相似的,以近3年发表且在较权威杂志者优先,排除综述类文献。资料提炼:在筛选到的26篇文献中,7篇为关于N-甲基-4-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶及其类似物与帕金森病的关系研究,11篇为关于除草剂、有机氯类、鱼藤酮等农药与帕金森病的关系,8篇文献为关于铁、铜、铝等金属元素与帕金森病的关系研究。资料综合:综合文献表明,N-甲基-4-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶及其天然类似物、百草枯等除草剂、有机氯类农药和鱼藤酮等多种农药、以及金属元素(铅、铜、铁及一些含硫化合物)是环境中潜在的帕金森病诱发因子。结论:N-甲基-4-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶及其类似化和物、农药、金属元素等环境因子与帕金森病的发病有关,其作用机制还需要进一步观察验证。 Abstract OBJECTIVE: According to the progression of study about environmental factors and Parkinson disease in recent year, to explore the environmental factors inducing Parkinson disease and their effective mechanisms. DATA SOURCES: Using tbe key terms “Parkinson' s disease, environmental factor”, we searched the Medline database for the related articles on the environmental evoked factor of Parkinson disease published between January 1983 and December 2004 and limited the language to English. At the same time, using the key words “Parkinson' s disease, environmental factor”, we searched CNBt database for the articles published from January 1995 to January 2005 and limited the language to Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: By selecting 300 searched articles, a total of 26 articles on Parkinson disease and related environmental factors were collected. When there were articles on similar study, ones were preferential that published in recent 3 years and on authoritative journals. The review literatures were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Among the 26 colleeted articles, 7 of which were on relationship between N-methyl-4-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine and its similar compound with Parkinson disease; 11 of which were involved in the relationship between pesticide such as: herbicides, organichalors, rotenone etc. and Parkinson disease; 8 of which were studies on the relationship between metal elements including iron, copper, and aluminium etc. and the Parkinson disease. DATA SYNTHESIS: The analysis of the literatures indicated that N- methyl-4-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine and its similar compound, herbicide of paraquat etc., organiehalors pesticide, rotenone etc. and metal elements (lead, copper, iron and the compound of sulfide) were potential environment factors inducing Parkinsun disease. CONCLUSION: The environmental factors such as N-methyl-4-1, 2, 3, 6- tetrahydropyridine and its similar compound, pesticides, metal elements etc. are relative to the onset of Parkinson disease. Their effective mechanism needs further observation and verification.
