黄瓜NBS类型抗病基因同源序列的克隆与分析 被引量:35

摘要 简要报道利用简并引物从黄瓜基因组DNA中分离得到15条NBS类型RGA,登录GenBank获得登录编号分别为AY555482-AY555495和AY545993。其中10条为可通读序列,与已报道的甜瓜RGA有较高的同源性。 Fifteen R-gene analogs of NBS were isolated from genomic DNA of cucumber using degenerate primer PCR, and obtained accession number from AY555482 to AY555495 and AY545993, respectively, in GenBank. Among these RGAs were translatable and showed high similarity with melon's RGAs reported.
