摘要
以氯化镁作晶型控制剂,用碳酸化法制备了碳酸钙晶须,分析了碳酸钙晶须成核生长的原理,研究了利用回收氯化镁溶液,连续补加氢氧化钙制备高质量碳酸钙晶须的方法,并运用扫描电镜和X射线衍射对产物的形貌、结构及组成进行表征.结果表明:所制备的碳酸钙晶须直径为0.6~1.2μm,长度为12~35μm,制备速率为72~108 g/h.
Calcium carbonate whiskers were prepared by carbonation method using magnesium dichloride as a crystalline controller. The mechanism for nucleation and growth of calcium carbonate whiskers was analyzed. The method for preparing high quality calcium carbonate whiskers was investigated by using recycled magnesium dichloride and continuously adding calcium hydroxide. The morphology, phase composition and structure of the product were characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the diameter of CaCOs whiskers is 0. 6-1.2μm, the length is 12-35μm, and the growth rate is 72-108 g/h, respectively.
