摘要
目的对人体器官进行模型化描述,以便对医疗照射中肿瘤靶体积和人体紧要器官剂量进行估算。方法建立人体三维坐标体系,在仿真人体模型中测得器官的位置、形状等信息,并据此建立各个器官的数学模型。结果在医疗照射中使用人体器官数学模型,提高了放射治疗质量控制的各项要素。结论在医疗照射中进行器官剂量估算和在体模中实测相结合将大大提高肿瘤的治疗效果,提高病人的生存质量。
Objective To describe the models of human organ, which can easier the estimation dosage of the tumor target volume and human body's critical organ in medical treatment irradiation. Methods Establish the human body's three-dimensional coordinate, examine in anthropomorphic phantom such information as the position, form of the organs, and set up the mathematics model of each organ in view of the above. Results Use the mathematics models of human organs in medical treatment irradiation can improve many factors of quality control in the radiotherapy. Conclusion Carry on organ dosage estimation and together with measurement in phantom in medical treatment can greatly improve result of tumor treatment, and improve the patient's life quality.
