喷气封堵液态金属可行性实验研究

摘要 为了实现气体对液态金属的封堵约束,分别进行了喷吹气体封堵容器中水和水银侧向流出的实验。考察了喷吹气体量、喷吹距离等参数对封堵液体高度的影响。结果成功封堵水和水银,发现随喷吹气体流量的加大和喷口距离的缩短,封堵液体高度迅速增加。另外,通过回归实验数据得到封堵液体高度的经验公式。 In order to explore the possibility of sealing liquid metal in a box by jetting gas, an experiment was carried out using water and mercury, respectively. The water or mercury contained in a box with a split on the wall of the box was sealed successfully by jetting the gas to the split. The influence of the gas flow, interspace between the wall and gas nozzle, dimensions of the split on the height of liquid sealed in the box was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the gas flux and the decrease of the interspace, the height of liquid contained in the box increased significantly. Based on the experimental data, regression formulas about this influence were obtained.
