灵芝虫草菌丝体对大鼠NK细胞活性影响的流式细胞术研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究灵芝与虫草菌丝体联合使用对SD大鼠NK细胞免疫调节的作用。方法:将灵芝虫草菌丝按0.75%和1.50%的比例掺入饲料中(分别相当于0.75 g/kg、1.50 g/kg BW剂量)给SD大鼠自由摄食,连续30 d后取其外周血用流式细胞术检测NK细胞活性。结果:1.50g/kg BW剂量组大鼠外周血CDl61a-/CD25+和CDl61a+/CD25+的表达明显高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灵芝虫草菌丝体有增强大鼠NK细胞活性的作用。 Objective: To learn the effects of Ganodermalucidum and Cordycepicmycelia on NK cellular immunity of rats. Methods: 0.75 and 1.50 percent of Ganodermalucidum and Cordycepicmycelia were mixed into feeds according as the 0.75, 1.50g/kg BW doses.Tile mixed feeds were given to SD rats and thirty days later, the blood of rats was collected to test the activity of NK ceils with FCM. Results: Compared with the negative control group, peripheral blood NK cell sub-cluster CD161a^-/CD25^+ and CD161a^+/CD25^+ of 1.50g/kg BW were both significantly increased (P〈0.05) . Conclusion: Ganodermalucidum and Cordycepicmycelia have enhancing effects on the activity of NK cell of rats.
