摘要
目的:评估无偿献血健康教育干预效果,为今后制订健康教育干预策略提供依据。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样方法,分别于干预前、后各抽取540名居民进行健康教育效果评价。结果:与干预前相比,干预后城乡居民对无偿献血知识和政策的掌握有了很大程度地提高,对无偿献血的态度也有了很大转变。结论:今后健康教育策略的制订应重视媒介组合并选择恰当的侧重点。
Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of health education of blood donation without compensation among the residents and provide the scientific evidence for selecting appropriate intervention strategy. Method： The effectiveness of intervention was evaluated among 540 residents selected by multi-stage random sampling before and after the intervenion, separately. Results： The residents＇ level of knowledge and policy after the intervention was higher than before and the residents＇ attitude toward blood donation without compensation also altered, in a way. Conclusion： The key for health education to select strategy should focus on correct media-mix and keystone.
