摘要
为探讨不同运动方式对老年人心血管系统的影响,探寻有效提高老年人心肺功能和有氧耐力的锻炼方法,采用了3种不同的锻炼方式(长跑、健身舞、太极拳),对实验组与对照组的老年人进行10周的实验研究。结果表明,3种不同的运动方式对老年人心血管系统有不同的影响。老年人选择锻炼方式时应因人而异,针对自身情况和爱好选择不同的项目,力求达到最佳效果。
Three different sports events(long distance running, bodybuilding dance, Shadow Boxing) were applied among two groups of old people for ten weeks in order to study the influences of different events on their cardiovascular system. It was shown that the three events had different effects on the old people, who could choose different events according to their own physical conditions.
