摘要
第28届奥运会男篮比赛中,中锋防守时的防守距离以贴身距离为主,离篮越近,攻防之间的距离越近;中锋防守的攻击性强,动作凶狠;中锋防守的区域主要在一区并呈多元化趋势;中锋在比赛中主要防守基础配合中的防掩护配合,在协防时采用最多的防守方式是补防。
： At the 28th Olympic Games, the distance between defense and attack of forward was closer when coming close to the backboard. The attack was fierce and strong. The attack area was enlarged. Pick and guard were combined. Coordinative guard was the most commonly used method.
