摘要
为了改变复杂产品研发过程中产生的大量诊断维护知识没有有效利用的现状,提出了对其管理和建模的方法。在该方法中,提出了知识单元的概念,并在其基础上定义了知识情景和知识建模,通过知识模型来描述知识单元在不同知识情景下的各种组织形式。在此基础上,建立了诊断维护知识单元模型和基于产品结构树的知识组织模式,进而给出了不同知识情景下的知识重用和知识发现方法。最后提出了应用系统模型,并给出了应用实例,验证了知识管理建模的思想和方法。
In order to model and manage the diagnosis and maintenance knowledge created for R & D of complex product, a method of knowledge modeling was proposed aimed to utilize the knowledge effectively. Firstly the concept of knowledge unit was put forward, and the concept of knowledge scenario and knowledge modeling were defined based on knowledge unit. Knowledge model was used to describe different structural forms of knowledge units under different knowledge scenarios. Then the diagnosis & maintenance knowledge unit model and pattern of knowledge organization based on product structure tree were set up, and the methods of knowledge reuse and knowledge discovery were provided. Finally the application system model was established and an example was adopted to verify the proposed method.
