金融困境下的模块化分解与金融现代化

Modularity Separation and China's Financial Modernization under Financial Predicament

模块化是处理复杂性问题的有效途径,运用模块化思路可以有效解决中国当前面临的金融困境,实现中国金融现代化。本文首先论述了模块化的基本原理及其功能,并在此基础上,针对中国金融现代化改革提出了模块化分解的思路,通过将金融模块分解成产权、信息和业务三大主要模块,并吸收国外现代金融的“适应技术”和“适应制度”来解决资本市场的股权分置问题。在整合这些模块的基础上,通过模块化集中,可以提高中国金融的全球竞争力,实现安全性、盈利性和稳定性的均衡。

Modularization is a valid method to crack complexity,so it can solve China's unprecedented financial difficult position and fulfill its modernization. This paper discusses the basic principles and function of modularization, based on which we put forward modular decomposition to boost China's financial modernization. Trough the construction of the three financial modules namely property rights, information and service and bravely introducing foreign 'adaptive technology' and 'adaptive institutions', we can apply them to crack the hard nuts of the split stock-rights in capital market. On the basis of conformity the three modules i.e. modular interaction, we can enhance China's financial global competence and accomplish the equilibrium of financial security, profitability and stability.
