我国矿业对外投资中存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Main Problems and Countermeasures of China Outward Mining Investment

矿产资源在我国国民经济中具有十分重要的地位和作用,但是我国矿产资源十分短缺,进口不断增长,到国外勘查开发是解决我国矿产资源短缺,确保其稳定供应的重要途径,对确保我国经济安全运行具有重要意义。文章在分析了我国矿产资源对外勘查开发现状的基础上,针对存在的问题从政府、企业、市场环境等方面进一步分析其原因,并就解决问题的对策提出了意见。

Mineral resources have a very important status and play an important role in China's national economy. But mineral resources are very scarce in China and import volume of mineral resources is increasing year by year. Prospecting and exploiting mineral resources overseas is an important way to solve the mineral resource shortage and guarantee the stable supply. It is of great importance to guarantee the safe operation of China's economy. On the basis of analyzing present situation of China outward mining investment and in the light of problems existing in this field, this article analyzes the causes of these problems from the angle of government, enterprise and market environment and put forward some countermeasures for solving them.
