英国 PRP 教师评价制度对教师专业发展的影响分析 被引量:3

British PRP Teacher Evaluation System and its Effect on Teacher Professional Development

摘要 在英国的教师评价领域,如何通过评价促进教师的专业发展已经成为一个越来越受关注的话题。英国的 PRP 教师评价制度实行后,对教师专业发展生产了较大影响。它提供给我们一种构建更合理教师评价制度的可能参考。本文笔者就 PRP 教师评价制度的基本内容、目标、对教师专业发展的影响、教师的实际反应作了初步探讨。
