摘要
煤矿罐笼衬套通常用杂铜铸造而成,但成本高、寿命短,为解决这一问题而采用成本较低且有一定耐磨性的铁基-石墨复合材料。通过粉末烧结方法将铸铁屑和石墨按照不同的比例(1#、2#、3#、4#)进行混合、压块、烧结后得到铁基-石墨复合材料,测出不同成分试样的硬度、耐磨性,观察试样金相组织,进而确定出综合性能较好的石墨含量为2#的试样。介绍了该材料在煤矿竖井罐笼导向衬套上应用的可行性及发展前景。
Bushing of vertical shaft elevator often uses casting miscellaneous copper, its cost is more, life-span is short, to settle this problem we adopt iron matrix graphite composite which costs is little and has a long life-span. Using powder sintering method to mix cast iron and graphite together, compact, and then sintering to prepare iron matrix graphite composite. Obtain different sample's hardness, wear-resistance and metal metallurgy organization though the test, and analyze their causes. Finally get the sample which contains 2.5% graphite has the best comprehensive property. Expound the composite's application on colliery vertical shaft tin and its Prospect.
