构建高校图书馆学科馆员发展模式之我见

On the Developing Pattern to Construct the Discipline Librarians in the Library of University and College

学科馆员制度是馆员的创新运用,这种为馆员提供成才的较好模式实际蕴藏着高校图书馆员的发展方向。从馆 员个人能力发展需要以及图书馆实现馆员创新运用角度考虑,笔者提出了构建三种高校图书馆学科馆员发展模式思路。

The system of discipline librarian is to blaze the new trails and applications of librarians. It will provide a better pattern for librarian in university and college to grow up by its developing directions. From the point of view for the cultivating necessity of personal capacity for librarian, and the innovation of the use of librarian, the paper puts forward a developing pattern for the library of university and college.
