摘要
讨论地轴绕黄道平面法线的进动,不涉及章动问题,用近似的方法给出地轴进动的一种简单算法.
The precession of the earth＇s axis around the planar normal line of the ecliptic is discussed, and the nutation is neglected. A simple algorithm about the precession of the earth＇s axis is approximately presented.
