张謇实业思想的基本出发点是,抵制资本主义列强的经济侵略以挽救民族危亡,而其最终目标则是实现国家富强。张謇认识到,政府行为对实业兴衰具有决定性影响。他强调,政府必须肩负起应有的责任和义务,为实业发展采取保护、扶植和提倡政策。张謇的实业思想具有很强的重商主义性。
The main goal of Zhang Jian＇s enterprise thought was to boycott the economic aggression of capitalist powers and to save the nation from deep crisis, while the final purpose was to make the nation prosperous and strong. The quality of mercantilism in Zhang Jan＇s enterprise thought was mainly embodied by that he emphasized the utmost importance of the government in promoting enterprises, and the responsibility of the government for clearing the barriers and cxecuting the policy of advocating, protecting and awarding enterprises. The mercantilism was very strong in Zhang Jian＇s industrial thought.
