科学技术的本质是展现人的存在本质的一种方式,是人类本质力量的一种体现。从科学技术的本质出发,以人为本,以人为尺度,为人类造福,应当成为科学技术的价值基准。坚持以人为本的价值基准,就要坚持科学技术的发展与人的发展的协调;关注科技进步与社会发展的平衡;综合协调人、自然和科技的关系;正确处理人与人之间的关系。

The essence of science and technology is a way to express the essence of man＇s being and it is an expression of man＇s essential strength. Setting out from the essence of science and technology, taking human beings as essence and measure and benefiting man should be the value standards of science and technology.
