摘要 本文从“知识与服务”这一新的研究视角和理论界面,对知识与服务互动型战略管理这一未知领域进行探索和创新,重点分析了知识与服务之间的互动过程,研究了知识与服务的相互渗透和最终融合,最后在论述三大新趋势和三种新产业的基础上构建了知识与服务互动型战略的架构及管理模式。 From the new perspective and theoretical interface of “knowledge and service”, this article explores and brings forth new ideas into the unknown field of the knowledge- service - interacting strategic management, mainly analyzes the interactive process between knowledge and service,studies theirs inter- infiltration and final mixing together. Finally, based on the three new trends and three new industries, this article constructs the structure and management mode of the knowledge - service - interacting strategy.
