产业簇群中企业知识管理系统的构建原理

Theorem of establishing enterprise knowledge management system in industry cluster

本文针对当前我国产业簇群中企业进一步发展所面临的困境,以及企业实施知识管理的现状,指出解决该困境的方法是构建适应企业良性运行的知识管理系统。作者分析了产业簇群中企业知识管理特点,以及构建知识管理系统的五项原则。最后,提出了构建产业簇群中企业知识管理的原理和方法。

Aim for the problem of enterprise development in industry cluster,and the situation of enterprise putting knowledge management（KM）into practice, the authors point out solution of the problem is establishing knowledge management system（KMS）which can be put to use smoothly. They analyze characteristics of enterprise knowledge management,and bring forward five principles of establishing KMS. Then they put forward theorem and method of establishing enterprise knowledge management system in industry cluster.
