在风险投资项目评估体系中,创业者素质是风险投资公司对风险企业进行综合评估所需要重点考虑的核心因素。因为创业者决定风险企业的战略发展方向和内部资源配置,领导实施风险企业的发展计划,组织风险企业的生产经营活动,对实现最终目标起着非常重要的作用。本文从风险投资公司对创业者评估信息采集入手,提出创业者素质及管理能力评估的重点在于考察创业者的正直诚实、责任心、勤奋敬业、判断力和开创精神等因素,并且需要应用相应的防范措施来降低其评估风险。

The evaluation of the entrepreneur is at the very core of the evaluation system of venture capital（ VC ）investment projects. The entrepreneur plays a crucial role in achieving the ultimate objective of the investment in that he determines the development strategy of the venture firm and its allocation of resources,controls the carrying- out of the development plan and organizes the production and operation of the firm. The evaluation of the entrepreneur involves the collection of related information. Consideration should be focused on whether the entrepreneur is upright, honest, responsible, industrious, decisive and innovative,etc. In addition risk taking measures should be taken to minimize the risk in investment.
