摘要 目的:了解贫血程度与宫颈癌局部控制率的关系.方法:采用体外照射加腔内后装放疗,初治中晚期宫颈癌患者114例.放疗前及放疗中测定血红蛋白浓度,观察血红蛋白浓度变化与肿瘤局部控制率的关系.结果:教疗前血红蛋白浓度≥120g/L、90~119g/L和60~89g/L的CR分别为83.6%、53.3%和21.4%,P<0.01.放疗中血红蛋白浓度升高组和降低组的CR分别为84.5%和44.2%,P<0.01.结论:血红蛋白浓度与肿瘤的局部控制率有关.放疗期间血红蛋白浓度变化影响宫颈癌的放疗疗效. Objective: To determine the effect of the level of hemoglobin on the efficacy of radiotherapy in middle and advanced stage cervical carcinoma. Methods: 114 patients with middle and advanced stage cervical carcinoma received external beam radiotherapy to pelvis plus brachytherapy. The lelvel of hemoglobin in all patients was measured before and during radiotberapy to observe the relationship between the level of hemoglobin and tumor control rate. Results: The local control rate of cervical carcinoma was 83.6%, 53.3% , and 21.4% respectively when the level of hemoglobin before radiotherapy was ≥120 g/L, 90 to 119 g/L, and 60 to 89 g/L. The local control rate was 84.5% in the group of increased level of hemoglobin and 44.2% in the group of decreased level. Conclusion: The level of hemoglobin may affect ther local control rate of cervical carcinoma and the efficacy of radrotherapy in cervical carcinoma.
