腮腺混合瘤不同声像图探析

目的:探讨腮腺混合瘤声像图特点,为临床诊断提供可靠依据。方法:追踪观察46例(46个)腮腺混合瘤声像图并与术后病理对比分析。结果:46例声像图表现:实质均匀低回声14个占30.4%,实质非均匀低回声21个占45.7%,混合回声7个占15.2%,囊性回声4个占8.7%,根据肿瘤形态是否规则,包膜是否完整,边缘是否整齐与恶性混合瘤发生率做统计学处理(P<0.01)有显著性差异。46例腮腺混合瘤中12例为恶性,总诊断符合率78.3%。结论:腮腺混合瘤声像图具有某些显著特点,但更重要的是声像图的多样性。超声主要以二维图像特点做综合分析,彩色多谱勒血流显像能在声像图上提供病灶的血管分布和血流信息。

Objective： To evaluate the ultrasonographic characteristics of mixed tumor of parotid gland, and to supply reliable foundation to clinical diagnosis. Methods： The ultrasonography was performed in 46 cases of mixed tumor of parotid gland, and its findings were contrasted with pathologic results after surgery. Results： In the ultrasonogram of 46 cases, 14 cases （ 30.4% ） had mass even low echo, 21 （45.7%） had mass non-even low echo, 7 （ 15.2% ） had mixed echo, 4 （8.7%） had cystic echo. Twelve of 46 cases of mixed tumor of parotid gland were malignant. Ten cases were misdiagnosed, and the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 78.3%. Conclusion： Uhrasonogram of mixed tumor of parotid gland has some significant characteristics.
