高效液相色谱法同时测定益肤霜软膏中地塞米松和益康唑的含量

Simutaneous determination of econzaole and dexamethasonin yifushuang ointment hy HPLC method

本实验以酮康唑为内标，采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定了益肤霜软膏中地塞米松和益康唑的含量。本法操作简单，灵敏度高，准确度好。测得地塞米松的回收率为９６．６％，ＲＳＤ＝０．７％；益康唑的回收率为９６．２％，ＲＳＤ＝１．０％。

conazole and dexamethason in yifushuang ointment was determined with a HPLC method using Nucleosil C18colum (7μm,4×250mm) and UV detector at 263nm. The mobile phase was methonal-trichlormethane-phosphatbuffer (pH 7. 6) (8 :1.25 : 2,v/v). The flow rate was 0. 6m/min. And the internal standard was ketoconazole.The recovery of dexamethason was 96. 6 % (RSD= 0. 7 % ) ,and econazole was 96. 2%(RSD=1. 0%). This HPLCmethod was surtable for hospital pharmacy.
